Our à la carte restaurant is located in the historical building and following thorough modernisation now stands out with its charming ambience.
The kitchen team under the leadership of Sebastian Sperling indulges you with modern interpretations of classic dishes from the surrounding regions. With many years’ experience in various starred kitchens and as a former sous-chef at the Rufes, Sebastian Sperling knows what guests want: a symbiosis of down-to-earth and fine cuisine.
An all-time favourite of Old FRITZ, his beloved potato, will of course always be honoured with a fixed place on the menu.
We are open every day except Sunday from 6 pm to 9 pm (orders taken). You can also order delicacies from the kitchen from the reduced menu at the bar.
